Mangalore, Aug 5: Father Muller Medical College, department of Hospital Administration in association with Christian Medical Association of India, Delhi has organized a national-level seminar on "Quality Management in Hospitals" on Monday August 7 and Tuesday August 8 at Father Muller's Campus.
The seminar has been organized to offer opportunity to interact with experts and discuss both principals and practices in quality management in hospitals. The seminar will deal with issues like quality concepts, quality management model, quality requirements, quality systems, process and procedures and quality certificates system.
Hospital administrators, medical and nursing administrators of public, private and voluntary heath organizations and students of hospital and health care management from different parts of the country are expected to participate in the seminar.
Ananthapadmanabhan, senior vice-president, Kovai Medical Centre, Coimbatore, Justine Jebkumar of CMAI, Delhi and Dr Narendranath, deputy director, MS Ramaiah Medical College will the chief resource persons.
Dr B M Hegde, former vice-chancellor of MAHE will be the chief guest and deliver the keynote address.
