Argentina not afraid of Germany: Demichelis

Rio De Janeiro, July 13 (IANS/EFE): Manchester City defender Martin Demichelis feels that Argentina are respectful but won't fear Germany in the 2014 FIFA World Cup final here.

"Germany have gained respect as a team, but we do not fear it, we're eager for Sunday," Demichelis said.

Demichelis added that Germany have a "very smart coach" in Joachim Loew, and that his team should read the game well, like the Netherlands' clash in the semi-final.

"In the end, we will have the support of 40 million Argentines, it's a game to play with your heart because it will be a unique event," Demichelis said.
