Sullia, Aug 25: Well-known physician of Adarsh Hospital of Puttur, Dr M K Prasad Bhandari has unanimously been elected as the managing trustee of newly-formed managing committee of Kukkeshri Subrahmanya Temple here. He took charge after being unanimously elected in the presence of managing committee members on Thursday August 25.
Sitaram Doddathota, Padmavati Upendra Kamath of Jalsoor, T Venkatramana Bhat Subrahmanya, Jayaprakash Kujugodu, K L Subrahmanya Devaragadde, Mallesh Koduraste and Leela Madhav Jakepanja have been nominated as managing committee members by the government. Sitaram Yedapadittaya has been appointed as temple priest. The committee members assumed power in the presence of chief executive officer Ningayya on Thursday.
