Mangalore, Aug 26: Southern Railways will run special trains between Mangalore and Chennai, and Mangalore and Thiruvananthapuram, in the first week of September, for Onam.

Chennai-Mangalore-Chennai specials

Chennai Central - Mangalore Special (Train No.0661) will leave Chennai Central at 4 p.m. on September 1st, 3d, 5th and 9th. The train will arrive in Mangalore at 7.45 a.m. the next day. Mangalore - Chennai Central Special (Train No.0662) will leave Mangalore at 4 p.m. on September 2nd, 4th, 6th and 10th. It will arrive in Chennai Central at 8 a.m. . Thiruvananthapuram- Mangalore-Thiruvananthapuram-Special Thiruvananthapuram - Mangalore Special (Train No.0688) will leave Thiruvananthapuram at 10 p.m. on September 1st, 3rd, 6th, 8th and 10th. The train will reach Mangalore at 1.20 p.m. the next day. Mangalore - Thiruvananthapuram special (Train No.0687) will leave Mangalore at 10 pm on September 2nd, 5th, 7th, 9th and 12th, and arrive Thiruvananthapuram at 12.40 p.m.
