India, Pakistan troopers exchange sweets on Punjab border


Attari (Punjab), Aug 14 (IANS): Border guards of India and Pakistan Thursday exchanged sweets and greetings along the international border here to mark Pakistan's Independence Day.

Officers and troopers of Pakistan Rangers shared sweets with the Border Security Force (BSF) officers and troopers at the Attari-Wagah joint check post (JCP) between both countries.

People on the Pakistani side were seen waving Pakistani flags near the border gates as military bands played.
