The financial health of the company is going down from bad to worse.
This is due to lack of good governance and bold decisions at higher management level.
There is no reward for good workers and no punishment for non performers.
The monthly salaries of every one is secured even without yielding any result.
Good workers work only with self motivation which gradually reduces and they also become non performers.
CMD and all Directors must be true professionals and recognized leaders from the industry and necessarily not from DOT/BSNL/MTNL and must have a stake in the company.
