Bangalore, Aug 15 (IANS): National Cricket Academy (NCA) duly won the KSCA's All-India invitational cricket tournament on the basis of their first innings lead against Haryana Cricket Association (HCA) as play was called off on mutual consent after tea on the fourth and concluding day here Friday.
The last day's proceedings turned out to be rather farcical after NCA, despite a huge first innings lead of 379, opted not to enforce follow-on and went on to make 223 for eight declared in their second essay setting Haryana an ungettable target of 603.
The feature of the final day's play was Ankit Bhavane's second century of the match as he made 100 not out (153b, 10x4, 1x6). Bhavane had scored 162 in the first innings. Haryana were 142 for four in their second innings when play was called off and NCA.

NCA declared winners on the basis of first innings lead.
