Woman commits suicide in Delhi

New Delhi, Aug 17 (IANS): A 22-year-old married woman committed suicide by hanging herself from a ceiling fan at her parental home here, police said Sunday.

The body of Ahana was spotted by her mother at her home in Narela area in north Delhi.

Police said no suicide note was recovered.

"Ahana is the daughter of a Delhi Police constable and was staying with her parents for the past one month. She was upset due to marital discord," said a police officer.
