Karkala, Sep 5: Goods worth Rs 1.22 lac were stolen from a school of printing technology here. According to police sources, the theft in Sahara Printing Press Training Centre, Kukkundur, took place between 8.30 pm of Sep 2 and 9.30 am of Sep 3.

The burglars gained entry into the institute by breaking open the shutters and stole a computer, 17" monitor, color scanner and laser printer.

In this connection a case has been registered in Karkala town police station.
