Akola, Sep 9: Lamenting "lack of inspiration" from the National Anthem 'Jana Gana Mana', International working president of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Ashok Singhal on Friday claimed that on the other hand, the National Song 'Vande Mataram' provides inspiration to all.

Addressing the All India women delegates' conference at Khandelwal Bhavan here, Singhal also said that the task of organising the Hindu community was the most difficult one.

He also stressed the need of organising women empowerment(Matru Shakti) on large basis to counter the problems being faced by women.

Earlier, noted gynaecologist Dr Leena Aagashe inaugurated the all India women delegates' conference, which will conclude on September 10. Sadhvi Mangalanandaji of Chinmay Mission here also addressed the conference. Sharuben Patel welcomed the gathering.

Over 300 women delegates from across the country are attending the three-day conference, according to Anjali Deshkar, organizer of the conference.
