Margao, Sep 10: A family from Bihar had the shock and agony of seeing one of their family members, Nishant Kumar (21), drown in the sea at Colva on Saturday evening.

According to Colva Police, the family was on tour in Goa. When they reached Colva beach, Nishant, along with another family member Ravi Kumar, ventured into the sea for swimming. As they were enjoying in the sea, a high-current wave dragged them into the sea.
 
The people around rushed to their rescue, but unfortunately Nishant could not be saved
 
Colva Police Inspector Uday Parab told this correspondent that efforts were on to the trace Nishant's body.
