Kampala, Sep 13 (IANS): The Ugandan police said Saturday they have foiled a terror attack and arrested some suspects in capital Kampala.

"We have foiled a terror attack and have arrested some suspects," Fred Enanga, a spokesperson with the police, told Xinhua over telephone.
