* Creation of a motor accident fund for immediate relief to accident victims within golden hour.
* Unified driver license system, automated driving test.
* Integrated database for manufacturer, transport department, insurer and enforcement agency. Easy transfer of vehicles.
* Electronic detection and centralised offences information to identify repeat offenders.
* Introduction of safety equipment in motor vehicles as and when feasible, technologies such as intelligent speed adaptation, driver alert control, eye drowsiness detectors, distance closure rate detection and green box monitoring.
