14 killed in Pakistan-Afghanistan border attack


Islamabad, Sep 16 (IANS): At least 11 militants and three Frontier Corps (FC) soldiers were killed Tuesday in cross-border attack in Pakistan.

The Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR) said that a group of terrorists from the Afghan side of the border attacked North Waziristan's Dandi Kuch area, Dawn online reported.

Security forces have arrested one militant.

Earlier, 20 militants were killed and five hideouts were destroyed during air strikes in Khyber Agency.
