India, China to begin n-talks


New Delhi, Sep 18 (IANS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi Thursday said that India and China will begin civil nuclear cooperation talks.

Modi said this step will take "energy cooperation to a new level".

He added that China will invest $20 billion in India in the next five years.

Modi said that an agreement has been reached for two Chinese industrial parks.
