Intel launches two-in-one tablets in India


New Delhi, Sep 18 (IANS): Chip-maker Intel Thursday launched a two-in-one tablet in India along with e-commerce portal Snapdeal.com, a company statement said here.

The tablet comes with a convertible keypad with which it can be used as a laptop also.

Priced at Rs.19,990 and exclusively available on Snapdeal.com, the product Notion Ink’s ‘CAIN’ two-in-one is equipped with a 10.1 inch display and provides seven hours of video playback, 10 hours of Internet surfing with its 7,900 mAh lithium polymer battery and is powered by Intel Atom Processor Z3735D.

“At Intel we constantly strive to bring the best computing experience to end-users across form factor and this has been a core focus for us this year in India.

“Delivering the mobility of a tablet combined with the power of a laptop, 2-in-1 devices represent a new category of computing that meet users' diverse needs from work to play,” Sandeep Aurora, director marketing and market development, Intel South Asia said.
