Mithali retains top spot, Jhulan drops in ICC rankings


Dubai, Sep 20 (IANS): India's Mithali Raj maintained her position atop the women batters while Jhulan Goswami dropped a place to fourth among the bowlers in the latest One-Day International (ODI) rankings released by the International Cricket Council (ICC) Saturday.

Mithali retained her spot with 735 points while her compatriot Harmanpreet Kaur also stayed at sixth with 640 points.

Meanwhile, Jhulan dropped a place to fourth with 671 points in the list headed by West Indies' Stafanie Taylor with 723.

Among the all-rounders, Taylor heads the list with 504 points.
