Jayalalithaa files two more cases against Subramanian Swamy

Chennai, Sep 23 (Agencies) : Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on Tuesday filed two more defamation cases against BJP leader Subramanian Swamy for his comments on Twitter.

City Public Prosecutor (CPP) M L Jegan filed the cases on behalf of Jayalalithaa before the Principal Sessions Court.

Swamy’s comments in Twitter on September 20 allegedly ridiculed her, the CPP contended.

He submitted that Ms. Jayalalithaa was respected and supported in high esteem by the people of all sections and Mr. Swamy’s statement was defamatory in nature and without any base and verification.

Another defamation case was also filed against Swamy in the court for his comments in the Twitter on September 17 regarding her assets.

This statement of Swamy is defamatory in nature and would defame the Chief Minister in the eyes of public, the CPP submitted.

A local court had on September 17 ordered issue of summons to Swamy to appear before it on October 30 in connection with a defamation suit filed against him over his remarks on Tamil Nadu fishermen being detained by Sri Lanka.

    Sir, your prediction will come true. Since his political dream was not fulfilled, he will change his mind.

    If I write some comments related to Swamiji's opinions attacking the minorities, that was nauseating to hear from an educated person. Education itself will not be a solid criteria in convictions-manners-courtesy etc, some of these qualities will be genetically inherited, also through association with the noble people. How many rich and highly educated people are humble in nature?

    Well I do not know the validity of the 2 cases., But Swamy is far more educated and intelligent than Jayalalitha.., Please remember it was Swamy who was responsible for the below..,

    Exposed the 2G Scam, Sent Raja to Jail and saved crores of Loss to the Exchequer
    Stoped the breakage of Ram Sethu, which was in full swing by Karunanidhi Govt
    How many of youll know what happened in a Town called "MELVISHARAM" in Tamilnadu and check what swamy did for the suffering people there.

Harvard Swamiji predicted that the Dollar/Rupee exchange rate will slide to $ 1.00=Rs. 35.00 whenever BJP comes into power. What happened to your prediction?     Swamy files cases many other parties, but when congress to his own party leader s corruption for example(Yeddy, Gadkari ,Rajnath son etc) He is silent.
    Swamy talks about educational qualification of congress leader but again for his own party HR ministers education He is silent.

The moment he opens his mouth the stench of hate spreads n his typical smile gives out the message of envy n has millions meanings hidden in it.     Where is his brutal honesty when it comes to exposing corruption or wrong doing within his own party ?

    He has a lot to blah blah about Rahul Gandhi's academic qualification but becomes absolutely mute when it comes to Yale graduate Irani.
    What about the rape accused minister in the central cabinet ?

    Where was his brutal honesty when the present PM never d his true marital status on the election nomination forms in the past, prior to the LS polls ?

    I have watched many of Swamy's TV debates and I have seen many a time that when he senses he is getting cornered by the Anchor he raises his voice and SHOUTS his way out of the argument to try to escape being cornered. I have seen this happening quite a few times when Times Now Anchor Arnab put him in a corner.

    Swamy seems to be arrogant and does not have the humility to accept that sometimes or many times, others can be 'smarter' than him !

    Not good to have a enemy in Swamy at all!!! here he has good understanding with Mahinda Rajapaksa and has helped fishermen get released..!! Jayalalita for her political mileage, keeps LTTE and other tamil, elis, porkis closer! LTTE on the other hand doesn't want amicable solution or peaceful resoultion to ongoing crisis in Norther Srilanka! Mahinda, on the other hand, has appointed a free tamil govt there and his aim was to eliminate V.prabhakaran and then he now wants to good relations with India and Tamilandu especially, since his aim is over! come to think of it, LTTE has killed our national leader Rajiv and even srilankan leaders like premadas and many more!! who will forgive them?
