Dubai: MIND inaugurated to help in poor children's education

Dubai, Sep 24: Around 50 people basically from Mangalore, gathered in Dubai UAE and inaugurated a group called Team MIND on Friday September 19.

MIND stands for 'Moving In New Direction.' MIND is heading towards charity and help for poor children's education back in India; MIND also took the opportunity to celebrate Nativity feast.

The founder of team MIND Clevan Martis host the show along with treasurer Novel Almeida. Team MIND was inaugurated by president Peter D'souza, vice president Vandana Salian Kotian and Novel Almeida.

Team MIND logo was inaugurated by Clevan Martis and general secretary Josephine Pinto. The welcome speech was given by president Peter D'souza.

The core committee members are: founder Clevan Martis, president Peter D'souza, vice president Vandana Salian Kotian, secretary Josephine Pinto, sports coordinator Santosh Noronha/Clarence D'souza/Sachin Kotian, cultural secretary Vanita Lobo/Manoj Pinto, adviser Saby/ Monica/ Thomas, media representative Karthik Poojary, spiritual secretary Flavy Martis and Anitha Norohna, auditor Avinash Shetty and medical assistant Pramila Clarence D'souza.

Team MIND has just begun their journey towards a great cause of education and they look forward for support from Indian society in Dubai and other emirates.
