Panaji, Oct 24: Archbishop Filipe Neri Ferrao, along with the clergy, religious and faithful of the Goa Archdiocese, has offered hearty congratulations to Archbishop-designate Oswald Gracias on his appointment as the new Archbishop of Bombay.
To this third son of Goa, chosen to lead the Church in Bombay, the diocese has offered the support of prayer and best wishes in the discharge of his new and important service.
