Five killed in Afghan clash


Kabul, Oct 12 (IANS): At least five people were killed and six injured Sunday in a clash in Afghanistan.

The incident occurred in Imam Sahib district of Kunduz province, some 250 km north of capital Kabul, when a group of militants attacked a police check point, an official told Xinhua.

The victims were four militants and one policeman.

Police have launched a probe into the clash.
