Mumbai, Oct 17: The ‘Konkan Kalzan’ committee of St Antony’s Church at Sakinaka here, organized a fund-raising programme on Saturday October 14, in aid of the renovation of the Church.
Karnooru Mohan Rai was present as the guest of honour. Fr Francis Martis, parish priest, was also present on the occasion.
The Lakumi troupe from Mangalore staged a Tulu drama on the occasion.
Francis Tony Almeida, John Sequeira, Denis Lobo and Prakash Shetty were present on the dais.
Navin D Padil of Lakumi troupe thanked the organizers for felicitating him. Stany Salis, treasurer, welcomed the gathering and compered the programme.
