Hyderabad, Oct 13 (IANS): Global Aerospace Expo, an international conference on defence and aerospace, will be held here next month.
The Nov 12-14 conclave aims to showcase Telangana as the new investment hub in the defence and aerospace engineering domain and highlight its investment friendly policies.
Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao will open the conference jointly organized by his government and Kenes Exhibitions.
Kenes is holding such an event for the first time in India. It earlier organized two conferences in Israel, it said in a statement Monday.
The event will showcase the latest technologies, products and services related to defence and aerosupply.
Some globally recognized firms like EADS, Airbus, Eurocopter, Dassault, UTC, Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, Hamilton, Zodiac, Philips Aircraft, UTC HQ and IAMF (Israeli Aerospace Manufacturing Federation) have confirmed their participation.
