Paris, Oct 14 (IANS): Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) midfielder Adrien Rabiot told local media that he can't wait to switch from the French Ligue 1 champions to AS Roma in the Italian Serie A this January after a disappointing summer.
The 19-year-old Monday said he was ready to move to the Italian side before the deal was mysteriously cancelled before the close of the summer transfer window Sep 1, reports Xinhua.
"Everything was done with Roma and that's my choice," he said when interviewed by Canal . "I don't know why the move eventually broke down."
Also a target for English Premier side Arsenal, Rabiot, currently in his final year on contract with PSG, has been given very few chances after he fought so desperately to leave.
"I don't know if I will play again for PSG. It's not my choice to play for the reserve team," he told the television station. "But it's a pleasure to practice football, evening training and playing in the fourth tier."
"Now, we just have to wait until January to see what we can do, " he added.
