Rajasthan youth to be trained for employment

New Delhi, Oct 17 (IANS): The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation (RSLDC) Friday joined hands to train the youth in Rajasthan and make them fit for employment.

RSLDC and NSDC will jointly decide the sectors and courses to be taught in alignment with the industry-defined standards.

"NSDC will also provide its resources in holding regular workshops, training the trainers, capacity building and curriculum alignment," said NSDC managing director Dilip Chenoy.

With this partnership, there will also be an alignment of RSLDC's technical portal and NSDC Skill Development Management System, to streamline assessment and monitoring processes.
