Mangalore, Oct 26: The Bangalore-based construction equipment manufacture company Ingersoll Rand will organise 'Ingersoll Rand Road Show 2006' in all the major cities in South India.

Speaking to pressperson here on Wednesday October 25, Ingersoll officials Manjunath M P and Y V S Prasad informed that the road show will be flagged off at from here on Friday October 27 at Hotel Woodlands.

The city was chosen as the ideal place to flag off the event as it is a fast developing city with new industries, roads and SEZs coming up, he added.

A functional demonstration of Bobcat skid steer loader multiple attachments, light source and light compaction equipment will be held on the occasion. The event will feature equipment that will assist in road repair and construction, including filling of potholes, and will be aimed at the municipal authorities and industrialists.

The road show will pass through Kannur, Calicut, Thrissur, Cochin, Kottayam, Trivandrum, Tirunelveli, Madurai, Coimbatore and Salem and will terminate on November 22 at Chennai, he said.
