Los Angeles, Oct 28 US court issues summons against Amitabh in 1984 riots case(PTI) A US court has issued summons against Bollywood star Amitabh Bachchan in an alleged human rights violation case filed by a Sikh rights group.

The US District Court here issued the summons on a complaint filed by New York-based Sikh for Justice (SFJ) and two alleged victims of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots.

The victims Babu Singh Dukhiya is based in Delhi and Mohender Singh is based in California.
The court has directed Bachchan to respond in 21 days after he is served with the summons.

Running into 35-pages, the complaint alleges that Bachchan instigated people for violence after the assassination of the then prime minister Indira Gandhi.

In the past several years, SFJ has unsuccessfully tried to drag several Indian leaders to US courts in the alleged human rights violations cases.

    all the international institutions are replaced by china-russia hegemony

    like

    1: international monetary fund-IMF(usa and western allies driven)
    to brics

    2: asain devoloment bank(adb)(usa and japan,korea driven) to new devolopment bank(china,india ,russia)

    3: word trade organisation(wto) to shangai coperation(sco)

    only united nations and international justice council(ijc) are not replaced which may
    even get a new replacement in near future by china-russia.

    the intelligent move by india is india is second largest investor after china in all these institutions.

    china and russia wants india to side with them leaving usa(&western allies),
    but india is playing a intelligent move by utilising usa to its advantage(economically) to gain leverage untill it remains world leader
    till next next 2-3 decades and once the world order changes quickly then siding with new world order of china-russia.

    india has made its homework correctly by investing hugley in china-russia infrastructure.
    usa knows this and have to stop its dirty game of meddling in indian affairs if want to extend its role of world leader to few more years.

    1984 sikh riots is a black spot in history of india and whoever
    indulged in commiting crime against
    innocent sikhs should face strict punishment.no doubt about this.


    but a far off country like usa meddling in internal
    affairs of other nation is just making silly of themselves and
    becoming laughing stock in front of the world.

    tomorrow if someone pickpocket in mangalore bus stand, usa court will issue summons to that
    guy even before indian court hearing i think.


    usa should understand that world has lost faith in it when it failed to save iraq from a small terrorist group
    isis.they failed in every issue like syria,ukraine and failed in supporting its allies like japan,vietnam,and
    south korea against aggressive china regarding south china sea issue and also senkaaku island issue w.r.t japan.

    even japan realised this truth and slowly coming out of clutches of usa and for the first time moving closer to india.
    european allies of usa like uk,germany and france are also realising the weakening clout of usa and want to position
    thier international relationship indpendently especially with china and india who are future world powers who will
    dictate new world order within next 25 years.

    the world politcal order is going to change in a decade and a half and going by the united nation reports, china will be the
    largest economy in the world with $ 75 trillion size and second will be usa with $ 39 trillion with closely following
    india with $38 trillion by

    usa cant meddle in indian internal affairs from now on like it used to meddle in indian affairs until recently as we are not
    a banana republic without a fully fledged democratic and justice machinary.

    usa also understsood this recently and quitely started supporting india against pakistan regarding kashmir issue.

Lingappa, I like ur standard template reply each time.. however Antonia maino khan will be served her summons this time.. there is no "constitutional head position/government head/diplomatic immunity" etc for her anymore.. she is just a MP, public servant! now if she goes for treatment, she has to be careful! that is the reason, she hasnt travelled for her treatment for long... nana AIIMS-e gati! vhe vhe vhe

    It will take time. Just like other cases previously all cases will gradually die out.
    In India justice is done after all the responsible are either dead or too old to face the sentence
