New Delhi, Nov 2 (IANS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat' radio programme began Sunday morning.

In his opening lines, Modi said: "I had shared some things with you in the last address. It is essential to change the mindset that everyone is bad."

"I am seeing that the young India is committed to do something and he or she is even doing something," the prime minister said.

Modi had first addressed people over radio Oct 3.
