Black Hawk helicopters used in Australian G20 exercise

Canberra, Nov 3 (IANS): The Australian military staged another G20 anti-terror exercise in Brisbane Monday featuring Black Hawk helicopters.

A similar exercise was staged last Tuesday at the Port of Brisbane involving hundreds of Australian soldiers, Xinhua reported.

About 50 personnel armed with semi-automatic rifles and wearing body armour performed the training exercise.

The Black Hawk helicopters dropped the participants on to the training site. Speed boats were also used during the exercise.

The G20 summit will be held in Brisbane Nov 15-16.
