Odisha chit fund scam: BJD MP, two ex-MLAs held

Bhubaneswar, Nov 4 (IANS): The CBI Tuesday arrested the ruling Biju Janata Dal's MP from Mayurbhan, Ramchandra Hansda, and two former MLAs for their alleged link with the Naba Diganta Capital Financial Services, a chit fund company in Odisha.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested former MLAs -- Subarna Naik of the BJD and Hitesh Bagarti of the BJP -- after they were interrogated for three hours Tuesday.
