Jet increases services to Far East and Gulf region


Mumbai, Nov 4 (IANS): Airlines major Jet Airways Tuesday said that it has enhanced its global connectivity by introducing additional frequencies from Mumbai to the Far East and the Gulf region.

“This is truly an indication of the strong demand on these sectors. We are confident that these additional services will prove immensely popular with our guests,” said Gaurang Shetty, senior vice-president- commercial, Jet Airways.

According to the airline it has introduced additional frequencies from Mumbai to Doha, Colombo and Bangkok.

The airline has deployed a Boeing 737-800 aircraft on these destinations, offering premiere and economy services.
