Haryana Police to 'expose' corrupt officers


Chandigarh, Nov 13 (IANS): Haryana Police will launch a campaign Saturday to "expose" corrupt police officers and also those having nexus with anti-social elements, a police spokesman said here Thursday.

The 100-day special search campaign will begin from Ambala city from Nov 15.

"The nexus between police officers and anti-social elements would be exposed during the search campaign and action would be taken against corrupt officers as well as anti-social elements," the spokesman said.

"A list of criminals would be prepared who help in setting up links between police officers and anti-social elements. Their entry in police stations would also be banned," he said.
