Dubai, Nov 15: The vibrant Bunts Dubai teams ruled the annual sport meet by winning women Throwball, mens throwball and bagging runner-up in mens Kabaddi games, organized by Konkan Bells, an association of 11 parishes from Belthangady varado (deanery) in UAE, Men's volleyball trophy was won by Saifa Chilliwilly and men's Kabaddi was won by Sangama team
The sports meet was held at Thumbay university premises in Ajman.
The day event started with the prayer dance performed by Monisha, Konkan Bells president Remigius D'Souza welcomed the gathering. Joshal Dsouza was honored for winning the gulf voice of Mangalore season -4. Joshal belongs to Belthangady deanery she belongs to deanery.
Walter Nandalike fouder and editor in chief of Daijiworld after lighting the lamp, addressed the gathering on behalf of Konkan Bells and requested everyone's co-operation for the day.
Jecintha Rasquinha led the oath taking ceremony. UAE and Indian national anthems were sung by children Riva, Riona and Kelton.
13 volley ball teams, 4 Kabaddi, 7 men and 7 women throwball teams had participated in the event.
Rohini compered the inauguration programme .

Prize distribution programme began with Arun lobo performing the dance.
The main sponsor of the Konkan Bells event was Walter Pereira, who has sponsored various events including from Konkan Bells. Vasushetty, Shiva Shetty who were on the dais later honoured all the winners.
Raffle coupon draw was done followed by the prize distribution to the winners.
Godwin was the master of ceremony for the event.
