Finance Secretary Mehrishi appointed to ADB board


New Delhi, Nov 18 (IANS): The government Tuesday said that Finance Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi has been appointed as India’s alternate governor on the board of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

According to the finance ministry, Mehrishi joined the board of governors of the ADB with effect from Oct 30, 2014.

Mehrishi replaces former Finance Secretary Arvind Mayaram on the ADB board of governors.
