Kasargod, Nov 19: A youth accused of killing his mother back in 2012 allegedly committed suicide here on Tuesday November 18.

Dharmendra (25) from Neerchall Malladka in the district, committed suicide by hanging himself. He was facing charges of killing his mother by poisoning her.

Dharmendra used to work for a hotel in the town. His body was found hanging from a noose tied to the terrace of a room provided for the workers of the hotel in the same builing.

Dharmendra had allegedly fed poison to his mother and killed her on December 30, 2012. It is said that he was angry that his mother did not approve of his alliance with a girl with whom he was in love. He had been arrested in the case, but had succeeded in securing bail. Hearing in the case is progressing in a court here.

The town police have registered a case relating to his death. Investigation has begun.

    Two lives are lost because of a love affair denied?sometimes some Young People are not ready to hear why parents are against their Partner choose.and parents are also not holy People.Both could come to a conclusion without some poison appliance(if true)or later suecide.Tragody over Family for small things.why should he put poison in mothers plate?later by suecide also he achieved nothing.May their souls rest i peace.

    Why to get mothers approval if he has become an adult?. Any way he is dead and gone. May be murder of his mother might have haunted him all along these days .Its very sad that people end/kill for no valid reason

    This not called Love but blind love.
    ‘Love’ type:
    One takes the life of a loved one and the other enters the life to live longer.
    Ultimately love changes everything into death. Influence of Love is too much to sustain.

    Human should not be so blind to take life a loved one. Nothing is above mother's unconditional love.
