Nippy Monday morning in Delhi, clear day ahead


New Delhi, Nov 24 (IANS): It was a nippy Monday morning in the capital with the minimum temperature recorded being 8.5 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average.

The met department has forecast clear day ahead.

"The sky will be mainly clear today (Monday) and the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 28 degrees Celsius," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

Sunday was pleasant with the maximum temperature settling at 27.8 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 8.8 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average.
