He was speaking after inaugurating and blessing the 35th anniversary celebrations of ‘Kalajagathu’ founded by Thonse Vijayakumar Shetty.
Aikala Harish Shetty, president, Rangotsava organizing committee, presided over the programme. Padmashree Dr B R Shetty, honorary president, Rangotsava organizing committee, honorary president and non-resident Indian NMC group company's executive president lit the colorful traditional lamp. M P Gopal C Shetty, chief guest, Borivli constituency, released the ‘Kalkshetra revolutionary person Vijayanna’ souvenir on the occasion.
Guests of honor included Karnire Vishwanath Shetty, president, Bantara Sangha, Mumbai, Prabhakar L Shetty, vice-president, Sarvothama Shetty, Abu Dhabi, Rangotsava convener Ermal Harish Shetty, Ratnakar A Shetty, organizer, Kala Jagathu Amma ‘Chavadi’ programme organizer, social workers Nithyananda D Kotian, Dr Suresh S Rao, Kateel, Jayakrishna A Shetty, Jayarama N Shetty, Manjunath Bannur, Lata Jayarama Shetty, Ulthooru Mohandas Shetty and others.

May the Almighty grant his wishes by making the day's programme a milestoneof his achievements,” said Aikala Harish Shetty in his presidential address.
Sudhakar Acharya Udupi and team presented cultural programme. Kalajagathu founder Thonse Vijayakumar Shetty made music flow by presenting drama created and directed by him and songs for which lyrics were written by him. He also presented 60 different dance poses in different parts and wrote a new chapter in arts.
Kalajagathu founder members Ashok Shetty, Bhaskar Shetty, Vijaya R Bhandary, Udaya R Hegde, Hamanth Shetty, N Prathviraj Mundkooru, Sharath Shetty, Suresh K Shetty, Devunath Shetty, Balachandra Shetty, Diwakar M Shetty, Prakash Shetty, Taranath Shetty, Dinesh N Shetty, Yashwanth Shetty, Lawrence D' Souza Kemmannu, Bhaskar Sarapadi were
the co-artistes in different roles. Padmanabha Sasihitlu provided music.
Karnire Vishwanath Shetty welcomed and presented flower bouquets to the guests. Kalajagathu Mumbai executive president Surendra Kumar Shetty gave the keynote address and introduced the guests. Thonse Vijayakumar Shetty presented 60 different solo acting poses as ‘Dasharath’ of Shabdavedi and surprised the cameramen who were shooting film for Limca Book of Records and wrote a new chapter in drama.
