Two NATO soldiers die in Afghan attack

Kabul, Nov 25 (IANS): Two soldiers were killed in an attack in Afghanistan, said a statement Tuesday.

"Two ISAF (International Security Assistance Force) service members died as a result of an attack in eastern Afghanistan Monday," Xinhua reported citing the statement.

However, it didn't reveal the nationalities of the victims in keeping with the ISAF policy or the exact place of the attack either.

Local media reported Monday that a bomb blast against a military convoy of foreign forces in Kabul left a soldier dead and two Afghan civilians injured.
