Mangalore, Nov 16: MLA and Gadi Horata Samiti president Vatal Nagaraj on Wednesday Nov 15 has urged the demanded for attention to be given by the State Government to the problems of the border districts.
Speaking to press persons Vatal said that Kasargod, which an integral part of the State needs to be given attention. The formation of the state on linguistic basis had not served its purpose.
Vatan also demanded for an emergency legislative session to discuss issues pertaining to development of the State. He also asked the government to re-consider its decision of making helmet compulsory for riders of two-wheelers.
