Sullia, Nov 17: A mobike rider was killed after the bike he was riding collided with a car on a steep curve at Karikkala near Aivothoklu here.
The deceased has been identified as Hameed (35). The pillion riders Abdulla and his 3-year-old daughter Fathima have escaped with minor injuries.
The accident occurred when both the speeding vehicles met each other face to face on the steep Karikkala curve. The bike rider Hameed though tried to control the vehicle, ended up hitting the car. As a result all the three person on the bike fell down and sustained injuries. Meanwhile, Hameed sustained some serious injuries in his head. Though he was shifted to the hospital, he succumbed to the injuries later.
