Mangalore, Nov 18: Nascent educational and development society awarded scholarships to 12 students at a function held at Don Bosco Hall here on Saturday November 18 morning.
Amit Kothari, chairman of Nascent educational and development society, New Delhi will presided over the function. He also distributed scholarships to the deserving students. District SP B Dayanand, Alva's Education Foundation president Dr Mohan Alva, K F Imtiaz Ahmad, president and correspondent of KAMS Institution, Karkala and B K Bose, CEO of Nascent were the chief guests on the occasion.
Ramananda Swamiji of Kolya Math lit the traditional lamp and invoked God's blessings on the gathering. Vijay Kumar welcomed the gathering while Vishwanath S proposed the vote of thanks. Dolphy Saldanha compered the programme.
