Soldier injured in Rajouri blast


Jammu, Dec 1 (IANS): A soldier was injured Monday in an improvised explosive device (IED) blast near the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district.

"An IED explosion took place in Gambhir area of Bhimber Gali sector of the LoC in Rajouri district," said defence spokesperson Col. Manish Mehta.

"One soldier sustained injuries and was taken to a hospital. The area has been surrounded and search is going on," he added.
