Bunts association sets ‘Cleanliness campaign’ in motion

Mumbai, Dec 1: Mumbai Bunts association led by association president Shyama N Shetty, MLA Manda Mhatre and former corporation official Rohini Boyir set in motion ‘Cleanliness Campaign’ at Juyinagar on Saturday morning, November 29.

Shyama N Shetty and office bearers of Mumbai Bunts Association swept the area of Bunts Centre as their contribution towards making the dream of PM Narendra Mody towards clean county a reality.

Association vice-president M B Vittal Rai, honorary chief secretary Chandrashekar S Shetty, honorary chief treasurer C A Surendra K Shetty, Women's wing executive president Sarala B Shetty, Youth wing executive president Chetan R Shetty, Sharada Shyama Shetty and other
members, leaders of sub committees, women and youth wing office bearers participated in the campaign as their contribution towards the campaign. They also cleaned the nearby roads on either side at Juyinagar west.

“Projects such as these are conducive to create awareness among people. Cleanliness leads to healthy life in society. Every individual should strive for cleanliness. The dream of clean country will materialize only when one considers that it is an indivisible part of life”, said association president Shyama N Shetty.

Former association president Jayanth K Shetty, Nagaveni S Shetty of women's wing, Lata G Shetty, Asha S Shetty, Santhosh G Shetty of Youth wing, Asha S Shetty, many members and Bunts joined hands in the campaign.
