Gurgaon, Dec 3 (IANS): Two Gurgaon men have been arrested for gang-raping a woman in Haridwar in Uttarakhand, police said Wednesday.
Rahul and his friend, both around 21 years, were arrested on charges of raping a 19-year-old married woman.
All the three hail from Bhondsi village in Haryana.
"Rahul, who was known to the woman, managed to run away with the victim from Gurgaon bus stand a few days back. She was taken to Haridwar where Rahul's friend was also waiting," said a senior police officer.
"The duo made the victim hostage in a room and gang-raped her for over two days," he said.
The accused have been sent to judicial custody.
