New Delhi, Dec 4 (IANS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi told the Rajya Sabha Thursday that Minister Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti has "apologised" for her abusive remark during a poll rally here.
Modi said that the minister has apologised and that the house should now function.
"I believe that the people sitting here are so experienced that they very well understand the feeling behind the apology," Modi said.
The house has been often disrupted this week due to the remarks.
