But where is Vicky Shetty? I'm sure police definitely know about his whereabouts. If a tree's branches are cut, new ones will grow. If one associate of a rowdy is nabbed, the next moment two will line up to serve him. This is the tragedy of our youth. Instead focusing on using their energy in strengthening their, their family's, and the nation's future, they fall prey to the glitter of the criminal world, just as an insect gets attracted to the burning candle. Once they are in police custody, who will take care of their mothers, sisters, AND wives and children who have pinned their hopes on them? A moment's introspection can save an entire family.

its useless aresting these guys... its either to provide security to them.. (which is better place than the jail , where cops themselves are guarding your life)... OR... just to make them go through the grind of underworld very well, where inside jail, they will build their network, a charishma of "dreaded goonda' And when they come out, U can loot the people using ur mobile phoness!!!

Just encounter their leader and see the fun! .. if you want to bring down crime or make them fled ur city.. "ENCOUNTER"!!!! ... daya nayak, Praksha Bhandari, kinds have gone to Mumbai and shined and made Dawood n Rajan fled from Mumbai itself... then who r these chiltoos?.. (I also fondly remember balaSaheb, who made it possible... he gave them a free hand.. all Non maharastrians cops like Pradeep sharma etc were chosen and they wiped the city clean off this roaches)!!!!
