Clear day ahead in Delhi


New Delhi, Dec 10 (IANS): It was a sunny but cold morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 8.6 degree Celsius, normal for the season's average.

The Met has forecast a clear day ahead.

"There was shallow fog Wednesday morning but the day ahead will be clear," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 28 degree Celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m was recorded at 92 percent.

Tuesday's maximum temperature was recorded at 28.9 degree Celsius, five notches above the season's average while the minimum temperature settled at 8.8 degree Celsius, normal for the season's average.
