Modi expresses concern over Sydney siege

New Delhi, Dec 15 (IANS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi Monday expressed concern over the Sydney cafe siege incident and described it as "deeply unfortunate".

"The incident in Sydney is disturbing. Such acts are inhuman and deeply unfortunate. I pray for everyone's safety," the prime minister said in a statement.
