Billavara Association to hold 'Koti Chennaya 2014' sports meet on Dec 25

Mumbai, Dec 19: Billavara Association, Mumbai will hold their annual sports meet for 2014 titled 'Koti Chennaya' at sports training center
grounds of Sports Authority of India behind Samathanagar police station near Times of India at Kandivli east on December 25 from 8 am till the evening.




The meet will be led by association youth development committee and presided by association president Nithyananda D Kotian. Association
honorary president Jaya C Suvarna will inaugurate the sports programme. B K Hariprasad will be the chief guest and Olympian sports
person Sahana Kumari will be the guest of honor, said sub committee executive president Premanath P Kotian.

Different sub committees, local and coordination committees, members of Bharath Bank and Seva dal and well known sports persons will arrive
and participate in colorful sports march. More than 40 different competitions will be held in the programme and thousands of people are
expected to participate in it, said honorary chief secretary Dr U Dhananjay Kumar.

The concluding ceremony of the association will be presided by association president Nithyananda D Kotian. Guest of honor Sahana
Kumari will distribute the prizes.

Sadashiva A Karkera, secretary of Yuvabhyudaya has asked all members of Billava community living in Mumbai and suburbs to participate in
the event in large number and make it a success.
