Kuwait, Dec 5: Renowned brass band of Mangalore “Harry’s Silver band” led by Harry D’Souza arrived in Kuwait today for a historic performance during “KCWA Christmas Party 2006” to be held on Friday 8th December 2006 at Carmel School hall from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

KCWA delegation of Rinna D’Souza, Lancy Rodrigues, Jossie Pinto and Valerian Sanctis received the troupe at the airport and extended a warm welcome. Four out of seven members of the troupe arrived today and rest will arrive tomorrow. Although tired from their early morning flight, the members of the troupe looked relaxed and were eager to give their best to the Kuwait audience. Harry D’Souza was more than exited and was in his usual cheerful mood and promised a grand show in Kuwait.

Harry’s Silver Band (Century) will be creating a history as they perform for the first time in Gulf / outside India. The brass band is sure to make the event very special and unique. Local favorite DJ Scorpions will also entertain with popular numbers.

The whole event, dedicated to KCWA Family, especially to children, will have Santa giving away goodies to them, in addition to games & spot prizes for all age groups. Various Game Stalls, Food Stalls, Gift stalls, Face painting and to top it all “Nathalancho Naach” are the specialty of this event. Lots of entertainment, Lots of Games, lots of Prizes and best among all - dance till you drop - at the most entertaining program of the year.

Among other events will be Scholarship awards for academic excellence for X & XII students, Extra curricular awards, Honoring of First Communion children, Felicitation of teachers, Hamper draw and Lucky Draw for membership renewals. Attractive prizes are being offered for all draws.

Please Note: All Entry Passes have been sold out much before the deadline and hence no more passes will be issued.
